Update Arcanoid

Update:

- fixed ball launch direction if the platform doesn't move

- Added graphics for blocks, platform and ball.

- changed the text on the score display

- added penalty for losing a ball

- Added main menu

- added new maps 

- added ball bounce sound

- added background music
